  • Company Assurance: Danse Equipment Company Inc. guarantees the quality of our parts. Most parts from our warehouse or the manufacturer's warehouse are brand new and undergo a rigorous quality inspection.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re unhappy with your purchase, contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues with products that don’t meet our high standards.

Non-Returnable Items | Industry Standard
Returns are not accepted for:

  • Electrical components
  • Carburetors and related parts (e.g., gaskets, seals)
  • Engine parts (e.g., gaskets, seals)
  • Any installed or partially installed items
  • Items not in their original packaging or with altered packaging
  • Closeout, sale, or promotional items
  • Items ordered in error without verifying fitment
    Note: Always verify part fitment with us before purchasing if unsure.

General Returns | Conditions

  • Return Authorization: Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.) before returning any parts.
  • Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping the items back, if incorrectly ordered.
  • Packaging: Returns must be in new condition and original packaging.
  • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Timing: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. No returns accepted after 14 days.
  • Special Orders: OEM parts may incur restocking fees up to 30%, depending on the manufacturer.

Part Exchanges | Incorrect or Warranty Returns

  • Tracking Required: Provide a tracking number for the return shipment, or
  • Immediate Replacement: Order a replacement to expedite the process, with the original part refund issued upon receipt.

Warranty and Core Returns

  • Warranty Support: Obtain a warranty/core Return Authorization Number from us.
  • Claim Timing: File warranty claims promptly to ensure support from the manufacturer.
  • Return Packaging: Use original or equivalent packaging for core returns to avoid warranty forfeiture.

Limited Warranty

  • Coverage: Parts are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or items altered from their original state.
  • Liability: Our liability is limited to part replacement or refund.

Equipment Warranty

  • Authorized Dealer: We provide warranty support for brands like Core Bore, Core Cut, and others. Your local dealer may also offer additional support.

Carburetor Policy

  • Returns: Installed carburetors cannot be returned.
  • Warranty: 30-day warranty covering materials and workmanship. The warranty does not apply if the carburetor is disassembled or shows contamination signs.
  • Warranty Process: We assist with warranty claims, but final decisions are made by the manufacturer.
